Turn any trigger into instant notifications

Connect 7,000+ apps to Notify!

Notify! is your universal notification action. Take any trigger from Zapier (new sales, form submissions, calendar events, database changes) and Notify! handles the rest, delivering alerts exactly where you need them on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or browser.

Setup in minutes

Build your notification workflow

Choose any app as your trigger and use Notify! as your action. Transform events from your favorite tools into instant push notifications. No code required.

1

Add the Notify! Zap action

In Zapier, open the Notify! Web Notifier integration and pick a step. Send a Notification is the usual one, and there are five more for when a message is not quite what you need.

2

Connect your device token

Paste your Notify! device token when prompted. You'll find it in the app under Settings › Device. The token routes alerts to your devices and nowhere else.

No iPhone? A browser can be the device. Notify! Web issues Chrome or Edge a Device ID and Token of its own, under the tab marked This browser. Connecting, sending, and searching history all work exactly the same. The three live activity actions are the exception: a tile needs an iPhone or iPad.

3

Map your trigger to the message

Pick any trigger app, then map its fields into the notification's title and body. Send a test, confirm it lands on your device, and turn the Zap on.

Every step

Six ways to end a Zap

Sending a message is the obvious one. The rest cover the things a message cannot do: showing progress while a job runs, and noticing when a Zap stops running at all.

notifications_active

Send a Notification

A push to one device or to a whole group, with an optional title, a custom sender icon, and a thread label that keeps related alerts together.

sensors

Ping a Beacon

Put this last and Notify! watches for it. If the Zap stops running, or starts failing before it reaches this step, you get told. It is the one failure a notification can never report on its own, because nothing runs to send it.

play_circle

Start a Live Activity

Puts a live tile on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and hands back an Activity ID for the later steps to use.

update

Update a Live Activity

Changes the tile in place as the job moves along. Fields you leave empty keep the value they already had, so a step can change only the progress bar.

stop_circle

End a Live Activity

Closes the tile, optionally leaving a final word like Done on screen for a moment first. Safe to run twice.

history

Find Notification History

Reads back the notifications already sent to a device, so a Zap can check what happened before deciding what to do next.
